PURCHASE INFORMATION

• The voucher will be sent to your email immediately after payment.
• You can write your personal dedication on the voucher.
• Do not hesitate to buy another voucher from our offer with the tasting. You can combine vouchers for one purchase by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button in the order.
• If you want an invoice for the company, please enter the company ID number before payment.

BOOKING

• The voucher can only be used for the services of the Palatín Inn restaurant during standard opening hours.
• Reservations are required to redeem the voucher at +421 52 285 3503 or via email reservations@kastielpalffy.sk.
• Reservation is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and is subject to confirmation by our booking department.
• Reservations are possible 30 days or less before the requested date.
• We hold the reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes on a given day, so please let us know in good time about your late arrival.
• The voucher can be redeemed within 1 year of purchase and its validity cannot be extended.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances.
• Pets are not allowed inside the Pálffy Manor House.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The voucher is of one-time use and no differential refund can be made.
• The voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other services of the Palffy Manor House.
• The reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the booked date and time.
• In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the date, the voucher will be marked as exhausted and cannot be reused.
