BOOKING

  • The gift voucher is valid for 1 person.
  • To redeem the voucher, a reservation is required by calling +421 907 242 548, by emailing gastronomy@kastielpalffy.sk or via the link https://www.kastielpalffy.sk/rezervacia-stola-arte-restaurant/.
  • The voucher can be used during opening hours from Thursday to Saturday.
  • When making a reservation, you must indicate whether you are interested in wine or non-alcoholic pairings.
  • In addition to the standard menu, a vegetarian version is also available and must be declared during the booking process.
  • Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances.
  • In order to maintain a complete dining experience, any food allergies cannot be accepted.
  • To enjoy the gastronomic experience it is necessary to reserve enough time, so please arrive early.
  • The voucher can be redeemed 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

  • Please maintain the prescribed DRESS CODE: smart casual - for ladies we recommend a dress, long trousers, blouse/shirt, dress shoes, for gentlemen long trousers, shirt/sweater and dress shoes.
  • The tasting menu is seasonal, always check our social media for the latest information on the current menu. 
  • The tasting dinner is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
  • Pets are not allowed inside Pálffy Manor.


CANCELLATION POLICY

The voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other services of Pálffy Manor.

Basic information for arrival and booking: 

Make a reservation for a specific date at least 24 hours in advance. The voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other services. Our colleagues at the reservation department will be happy to help you with your reservation.   • No pets are allowed in the restaurant.

  • To ensure the ultimate dining experience, please arrive early.
  • We can hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes on any given day. If you will still be late, please inform us in good time.
